The screen below is the screen you will see when you log onto ScheduleMaster after having a flight. (please ignore the aircraft reference for 3344C---we had to get this screen from the ScheduleMaster training site). It shows that you need to record your Tachometer and Hobbs Meter times. When you see this screen, CLICK ON THE PENCIL. Once you click on the pencil, you will go to another screen. To see that screen, scroll down the page (use the scroll bars on the far right of your browser, not the ones of the screen shot shown below). |

| This is the screen you will be directed to enter your time . Please note that you need to enter BOTH THE STARTING AND ENDING HOBBS time, as well as the ENDING Tach time (again, the box to enter the TACH time is not shown on this screen, but you will have a box to fill on our actual input screen). Next to the Fuel is a box for you to enter the TOTAL fuel you put in the aircraft. If you added fuel off field, in addition to the fuel you put in either at MPC or EKM, add those together. This is the TOTAL amount of fuel you put in the aircraft during your scheduled time. In the Comments box to the left, put a note, such as: 12.5 gallons Off Field, if you purchased any fuel elsewhere. There will also be a box marked Oil, to be used to indicate how much oil you ADDED, if any. Be sure to click on the RED SAVE button when you have completed entering the data. If you did not fly, be sure to check the NO FLIGHT box. IF YOU CHECK THE NO FLIGHT BOX, YOU MUST INCLUDE SOMETHING IN THE COMMENTS BOX AS TO WHY YOU DID NOT FLY. Currently we are not using the 'Training Flight' box. | ||
